Advanced Word Compressor is a very easy to use tool that will compress your Microsoft Word files up to 98 percent, allowing you to share big Word files by e-mail and through the Internet without having to worry about their size. The original layout and the functionality of the Word document is carefully preserved, and its images compressed with a minimal loss of their original quality.
The application opens in a small interface with just the buttons you need to open a file and compress it. You can choose between a high speed compression and a high quality compression, though, regardless of your choice, conversion speed is always really high. Images can be compressed either in JPG or PNG format. Advanced Word Compressor analyses the layout of the original document and will open a window informing you about any inconsistencies it may have found while compressing the document.
The original layout is left intact, and also the original Microsoft Word file. Advanced Word Compressor creates a new file in the folder of your choice, so there is no risk of losing the full quality of the original file. The program supports any document created using Microsoft Word 2000, XP or 2003. |
